1. About Thrift Hero

Thrift Hero specializes in rare, vintage, collectible, discontinued, and pre-owned merchandise. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind and may not be available again once sold.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph every item we sell.

Because many of our products are vintage, collectible, discontinued, or previously owned, normal signs of age, wear, or previous use may be present. Unless otherwise stated, minor cosmetic imperfections that are consistent with an item’s age are not considered defects.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions and photographs before making a purchase.

If you have any questions regarding an item’s condition, completeness, functionality, measurements, compatibility, or authenticity, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional information whenever possible.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or product listing errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders that contain incorrect pricing or product information.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• Request additional verification before processing an order.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is shipped.

We currently accept secure payments through approved payment providers including:

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location.

Certain destinations, including many U.S. addresses, may require a custom shipping quote before payment is completed.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and within the stated return period.

8. Product Condition

Unless specifically described as New, products sold by Thrift Hero may display normal signs of age or previous use.

By purchasing vintage or pre-owned merchandise, customers acknowledge and accept that reasonable cosmetic wear consistent with age or previous ownership may be present.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrift Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All website content, including text, product descriptions, logos, photographs, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Thrift Hero unless otherwise noted.
