Returns & Refund Policy

At ThriftHero, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are vintage, collectible, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind, please review item descriptions and photos very carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- The item must include all original parts and accessories, when applicable.
- The item must not have been modified, damaged, or excessively used after delivery.
Vintage & Pre-Owned Items
Many items sold by ThriftHero are vintage or pre-owned and may show normal signs of age or use. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with age is not considered a defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
